RS4 aux3 and aux4 pulse relay instead of solid voltage
Just need to understand why Aux2 sends the desired solid 24v signal whereas Aux3 and Aux4 send a series of rapid-fire pulses for a second or two.

You or some one else may have assigned the AUX 3,4 to "dimmer" in system settings. Check the setting and make sure it is not set for color lights as well.
