My husband has been using a polar rs400 sport watch to monitor his heartrate during all his sleeping period since 27/dec 2007. Up till now, we had now problem with downloading the data to our PC. This morning the process has been strated as usual, but the watch terminated the downloading before its completion, "jumped out" of the infrared connection position, and we could see no data in adequate day of the calendar of the software.
What can be the problem? The battery? infraport? unnoticed change in the settings?
Could you help us quickly? it is part of a long term research, it would be important to be able to download the data.
