After power outage came home to no heat w/ power restored. Circuit board has green LEDs. Furnace lights all burners & burns good but no blower so it gets hot and shuts off and goes to cool-down. If fan is switched to on from auto at Thermostat, hear a click like a contactor @ the furnace but blower does not start. Replaced motor & starting cap. But still won't start blower. Must be contacts on board?
