I cannot activate the maintenance menu on the Ena 5. I would like to manually clean the machine and the manual says to hold the P button until MAINTENANCE appears, but this does not happen. It will only display RINCE. There's a huge problem with the machine right now because it no longer makes coffee, it just drips, after which it asks me to open the tap to drain the excess water. Can anyone help?
