I have two exact units hooked up right next to each other ,settings and readings are exact in every way ,the one i am concerned about got 1 inch of water the new one is full.the one thing different is the exhaust air coming out the top the one that is working well is warm , the one that is not working is cool. whats wrong? I bought both these units at the same time, they are 3 years old ,I have been using the one there is a problem with for three years the other one for only a couple days. whats wrong???
