When cleaning the brushes and usual stuff doesn't work (e.g., you still get Error 2 just a few minutes after cleaning it out), it's because your casing gears need to be cleaned out. This is a bit more involved than the usual cleaning, but still pretty easy. I did mine and it's like the Roomba is new again. If your roomba came with spare brushes, put in a new one. I had the same problem and despite what I thought was a good cleaning the error persisted using the original brush. Put in a new one and the problem disappears.

I had the same problem. You must clean this parts and inside this parts:
Remove hair with cleaning tool
Remove Roomba's brush bearings
Clean Roomba's brush bearings with cleaning tool
