Some testing will need to be done. 1st the fuel pressure test. The gage will need to placed in front of the windshield so you can monitor it...that is if the pressure is within limits before you even drive the vehicle. 2nd when it stalls, you will need a spark test that you can plug into the spark plug to see if it is getting spark. When it stalls you can spray ether into the air intake to see if it is fuel related...if it is it will start right back up as long as you spray the ether. If that proves to be the problem you are looking at fuel supply. Hope that helps get you heading the right direction.
Is it a petrol engine or a deisel... if a petrol it sounds like the carb main jet is getting blocked and usually means flakes of **** in the float chamber, but f it is an injection model I would check the fuel filters or in some circumstances, the tank may have **** in the botom of the tank this usually gets lifted through when the tank is run to very near empty....has THIS HAPPENED IN RECENT TIMES? IF SO ITS TANK OFF AND CLEAN OUT TIME!!

Have the OBD error codes read and report back.
