My Russell Hobbs cordless kettle Model 10790 has suddenly stopped working less than two years after buying it -- and very little use. The blue light comes on but the water won't heat. I'm almost certain the kettle has never boiled dry. The instructions refer to a cut-out switch that can be reset without explaining how to do this. I live in Sydney and am reluctant to pay for the kettle to be sent to and from Melbourne for repair, especially as I may have to pay for the repair if I have (unwittingly) contributed to the fault.
