I bought my Neptune washer & dryer in 1989--one of the first models. It has been nothing but trouble. We replaced both motors, had numerous repair calls for little things. But what drives me crazy is that machine is rusting and dispensing rusty pieces into the water. Additionally, the bleach dispenser has never worked properly and leaves bleach spots on my clothes. Never, never again will I buy ANY Maytag product based on my experience with the washer and dryer. I can hardly wait for their final breakdown and I can replace them.
