Hello, Your condenser fan motor has sealed bearings and does not need lubrication. On the side of the motor is a data plate that has the make and model of the motor. Enter that information on google or another search engine. Motors are fairly easy to change if you are handy and are redly available.
Plan B. The target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://www.patriot-supply.com/products/s... and see if it matches the style="display:none;">Plan B. The data plate on the condenser as you found, should have the information that you need on the fan motor. It also should have besides voltage of the motor, the frame number of the motor, rpm, horsepower. My best guess for your motor.
