I've changed the filter, but when opening any water faucet, the water is discolored then clears after about 10 seconds of flow. There is no odor or taste to the water. I've flushed the system by adding cleaner to the tank and running all faucets until the tank emptied, then ran to clear the tank. However the color soon returns when running on city water. The water from the city faucet is clear. as is the water from the hose and filter. Any idea as to the cause?
