rx Radio Shack TRC-495
Worked fine this morning turned it off to go to work.Turned it on this afternoon, no tx/rx no channel display but the meter lights up.The channel display will light up 9 if I flip the power switch off and on a few time but will not change channels so I think the regulator is ok.Could it be the crystal? Maybe the pll chip itself?

It probably jumped freq. somehow. There is now manual or anything but a picture of this radio and a few tune up rv's but thats it.I have the exact same radio and it works fine If you can put it on an oscilloscope it should tell you right away what the problem is. Then try a frequency counter.
