RX620 wont communicate via powered USB hub
Does print independently (as a standalone) but after installing software, wont communicate via USB either way i.e. controlling printer from PC or scanning to PC. Message display on printer does nothing after pressing 'OK' button and B&W or Color Button. No movement of mechanism- appears frozen but will print normally as described.

On a windows system, go to printers and faxes, delete all icons there. unplug the printer, reboot your computer, then as soon as your computer is up, connect the usb cable... now wait.....
after about 5 mins, check printers and faxes if it has an icon for your printer, if it does then print a test page, if it does not show an icon, try another cable, try another usb port or try it on another computer entirely...
