Hi we have one of the LG LKD 8D/S phones and wall systems in our office. but due to slow business at the moment are looking to transfer to a mobile number during the day.we have used the book that came with it an tried the saving number section and restoring call sections only to get as far as step an 2 and be greeted with either Invalid or access denied. the problem is since 2000 when installed we have lost the 5 digit master code we were given to the line. Is there anyway to reset manually the phone or wall box to factory standard and put in a new code ???
