S to talk to my CP100 (vhf) model
When turned on, the CP100 displays frequency 1, and code 5.
I was told that as long as they were both VHF, the F11 can be programmed to the CP100's frequency. There is no manual or instructions. Can you help?

First you will need to find out what freq and tone your Moto is on then program you Icom with software Icom CS-F11. Software can be purchased online. Carl

I believe one must purchase software and a programming cable to program the frequencies of this radio.
