OK...Where do I start? Our RIVAL S12P/S12T Electric Skillet did not last long enough for us to to use it. Here's Why: After I assembled the skillet handles and the lid, the lid fell on the floor off the table. In the fall the handle of the lid hit the floor first and cracked the lid surface around the clear glass (the surface of the lid around the glass cracked). Question: How can I either get another lid or purchase another lid for the S12P/S12T?
