Same problem I have a Princeton Digital VL1918 17" and everytime I turn it on it will work for a second if that and go to a black screen

Without PC connection, it powers on. The power light is green and screen displays a line of message. Then quickly the light becomes amble and the screen is dark.
What is the problem?
The monitor is Princeton VL1916.
Check the Inverter card Connector which goes to pannel,Next Panel to AD card signal Cabble,..
