Sammi James can't help get pictures on my computer lost in 2009
I may have sent this in already, but I really would like an answer. our family computer crashed, and I would like to know how I could download the program onto my computer without the disk. I have pictures on my camera of my old dog that I'd like to print out and hang up.. but I don't know what to do! please help, rachel.

Don't despair Rachel,
that is an easy fix; although I do not quite understand your question.
Your photos are safe as long as they are in your camera's memory.
If your PC hard drive in your pc is still ok, that data can be easily recovered as well.
But if your computer does not work, then you cannot download or upload anything until you get it going again.
So, what disk are you talking about you have not got ?
