Samsung 40EH5300 LED TV backlight flashes continuously when power applied. No picture
With TV "on", backlight flashes 2 to 3 times per second. With TV off, backlight flashes about once per second. Test voltages on power supply are normal when backlight wire plug is disconnected. Power supply voltages go to zero when plug is connected.
