Cell phone does not completely power up. The Samsung logo stays on the screen and does not disappear. I have tried every button possible but it never moves from this screen. The battery is good because I put it in another SCH U420 phone and their phone worked perfectly so it must be the phone itself. I took it to the Alltell center and they showed when the battery was in I couldn't receive any messages because it looked like I was picking up the phone and immediately hanging up on them. The caller only got a constant ring tone. When I removed the battery, the caller got my voice mail and was able to leave messages. Alltell said that it looks like it wasn't completing its powerup process. They don't fix their phones they only sell you new ones. Is there anyway to fix my phone????? Help! Thanks.
