I would hate to ask a question and be left hanging, so I'll toss a couple of ideas your way. I'm sure you did already, but check your incoming power again. It is a 220vac input. If you have a voltage tester, make sure you have both 110vac phases. If you have power, since you changed everything else, my next guess would be the temperature selector switch. If I could see an electrical print, I'd tell you where to jumper it out. If your switch is in the " air fluff" setting, you will not get heat.
