Was working fine,then temperature for freezer read -20 and fridge read -5 but the ice cream in the freezer was soft. Turned the appliance off and then back on again and the temp readings went down to 1 and 10 ! The appliance is not making any motor noises but the lights are all on. Phoned one repairer who won't even come out for a Samsung! Any ideas please.
