I got a Samsung J700 recently for my wife and one day i stopped working, i took it to a guy who unlocks mobiles and he said the IMEI number has gone and some operators dont allow access to the netowrk without an IMEI, the only thing i can think of is out daughter has managed to press something?
Any ideas how to resolve this?
