Report "Samsung Lcd 46'' has trouble starting back lights and works fine once it comes on and can even be turned back on easily when cathodes in lamps are still warm. It uses a Hansol LCD SIP468A board. If the IP board is the problem can the board be repaired? Will a replacement board have the same problem? Is it better to get a new board or recycled is just as good? Thanks"
