Samsung Model-UA60H6203AF, Code: UA60H6203AFXZA Standby red light blinking and TV does not turn ON. Opened up TV and disconnected main board and turned ON power. LEDs turn ON but blinking
No signs of component damage on PS board, please suggest.. Is the PS board or LEDs have problem or any test to verify what is wrong?

Probably power supply board. Look for swollen capacitors and burned components. Likely a capacitor. Remove and replace if you have the soldering skills.
