Our Samsung SCX-4828 document feeder does not work when you press the copy button. The machine copies when you place a document on the glass, but it will not feed and copy documents in the feeder. It will however, feed them when you press the scan button. Why does the machine recognize that the paper is there for the scanner but not for the copy function? How can we fix this?
