Samsung SCX4100 MF printer has intermittent paper jam 0 error. If paper is fed manually into the rollers it works fine
The manual suggests: check the solenoid in tech mode but how? check cassette/MP knock up plate and springs? Check paper separator pad but where is this? I have tried cleaning the pick up roller. Thanks

I have seen this problem occur when the humidity goes up, such as rainy days. Paper will become slightly thicker and stickier in humid conditions. Something to think about.
