Sansa e260 I tried to delete some songs and the message on the computer said the song couldnt be deleted as the sansa wasnt connected. I disconnected the sansa and vertical lines appeared on the screen and it wouldnt switch off. I disconnected the battery and now all i get is the sandisk logo for a minute it changes to a white screen then back to sandisk. When connected to the computer it isnt recognised. You can try to reset the device by pressing the power button for about 15 to 20 seconds..if that doesnt work I would recommend you to go to the sandisk site to update the firmware on your device or you can contact sandisk to they can help you with updating the firmware on your device..Please follow the link below to get the firmware
