Says full, wont auto pump even if i push pump button or plus and unplug. also disconected drain tube in case blocked and still did pump with it removed

Same exact problem. If you unscrew the back, the pump is on the lower left side. Two screws hold it in place. If you remove the pump cover, you will like notice that it smells of burnt electronics.
