Says "hello" then does nothing and says "stop"
When I turn unit on it says "Hello" then is frozen, not accepting any commands from remote or unit. It will then say"Stop". I've unpluged it and plugged in, no help. Please help

Try tv on video 1 or 2 or 3 or AV or hit the set up button tv to get to right place
