Scale 5-3304 serial number 27595. monitor does not register when scale pad is stepped on. All of a sudden it quit working. The scale is never moved or jarred. the monitor flashes 0.0, then the allyn logo, then blank. when stepped on sometimes it will read -0.5 or 0.0 but usually just stays blank. Please help! Celeste

Unfortunately I do not have the schematics of the scales, then I won't be able to give precise informations on parts.
To start cut power to the scale to reset it.
If you still get the problem, it can be a faulty sensor or more probably a faulty board , or the board badly out of calibration.
