Hello i am having trouble with the above scanner .When i install the software and try to run it says the scanner is not connected .I have windows XP and i just found out that this scanner was desighned for win98 and NT .I also learned i need to download some files/drivers to get it to work but im unsure which ones and where to download . can you help?
