I have a sceptre X30V-III Naga LCD TV. when i turn the tv on, the blue screen comes on and in a moment turns blank, no picture, but sound is on and the power light is on. I read on the form its mostly the power inverter PCB problem. Can you please let me know how step by step
from opening the LCD back and looking in the right place for the PCB board, how to replace it and where can i find a cheapest PCB board.I am a average geek and would like to replace it myself. Thanks in advance for all your help
