The motor works as you can turn the difficulty up and it works. But the easiest setting it still too hard. I have another model Schwinn and the 1 setting on the new one is like the 10 on the old one. There is no noticeable rubbing or clicking sounds. If I run it up to 12mph it is smooth as glass but when I slow down to 5mph the resistance jumps up.
