Screen all white
When I turn on my computer and monitor, the screen is just all white. I have tried a new VGA cable and hooked up the monitor to another pc, and still the same problem. Any ideas what this could be?

Netrecov - you clearly did not read the original post, therefore explaining the lack of any usefull response from you.
Seeing as it is an LCD, it uses a backlight to illuminate the pixels. this is clearly working (you see white), but it is not displaying the image data over the backlit screen.
I would suggest looking at the inverter or at least in that area.
