I fixed mine by cleaning the projection lenses by removing the speaker cover, then removing the button peice. There are 2 screws on the back on both sides and I think 3 in the front that need to come out. They are an allen key type 7/64". The button peice should pull forward and drop down. Now you should be able to see the projectors. I used q-tips and alcohol to clean the dustr off of them. (I went over them with the power on so i could see if there was any streaking.) After the lenses have been cleaned you should go to the auto convergence function in the setup menu. You should have an awesome picture! Enjoy.
This could be a convergence problem. If you have already tried to adjust convergence through the menu feature on your TV then you may need to replace the convergence chips in your TV and possibly a resistor or two. Take a look at this video to determine what you need...hope this helps you www.youtube.com/watch?v=RGCEM5s5iCMThanks
