Hi Thanks for using FixYa. A plasma TV is a very hard working device. It is working harder than any TV that has been built before, and as a result it produces a lot of heat. 75% of technical problems on plasma TV's are caused by overheating problems. The hardest working board in a plasma TV, is power supply board which develops voltage to supply all components, high current + high voltage. Input fuse is 10 A. Not so many TV's in history use input fuse - 10 A. Very sensitive for input AC voltage and output DC voltage. You’ll need to check this board and make sure if any capacitor is blown/swollen you have to replace it. It is only recommended to do it yourself if you have electrical expertise and know how to solder/re-solder electronic components, if not then its good to contact a repair tech. Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or else revert for further assistance. Thanks Rylee
