The large screen monitor is hooked up to my laptop. The 17 inch LCD monitor is a NU. The screen on the laptop is fine. The LCD monitor has started to shift to the left. At the moment there is a black band about an inch wide on the right hand side of the screen. Part of the left hand side of the screen cannot be read. If the monitor is left on the screen seems to gradually shift to the left. I tried to drag the screen but that did not work. Any suggestions you can give would be much appreciated. As a technopeasant of the first order please give very simple information when you response. Thanks in advance.
