Ok, here is the issue. I got this tv from my uncle to see what I could do to fix it. So the screen is black he said there was sound and when you turn the TV off the screen will turn blue for a second and then goes off. I have done some research on line and most people have discovered that the inverter board has gone bad, but none of them ever mentioned that the screen would turn blue when the TV was turned off. I ohmed all of the Transformers on the inverter board and the ohmed out correctly. I don't think this is the problem. do you have any possible suggestions what else could be the problem?
