Second is the power supply capacitors there are not much capacitors insite that braun power supply i have today repaired a humax 5000c look the pictures the vent slots are now open and 6 capacitors are replaced (only neccesary for power supply) what was 10 v is now 25 v and 25volt are now 35 volt parts 680 mf replaced for 1000mf 82 mf for 100 mf Thats all what is neccesary to repair the humax POWER SUPPLY
BUt if that your model is not 24 months old you will have warranty on hidden defects because its to young . because it could be another defect but 88 percent its the powersupply .
