Screen occasionally goes white with primary color bands and then begins to cycle full screen primary colors. It does this on all sources, after 20 mins or so it may come back and work fine for hours at a time. The problem repeats and has been ongoing for several weeks

You need to first resolder your Boards and with back off Look for Bad or Leaky capacitors if you see any that are vented or puffed up on top they are Bad replace them Look for 1,000uf 10v 2200uf 25v 3300uf 16v capacitors.Poor Solder connections and Bad capacitors will cause this.
