Screen problems i have had my sat nav for just over a year. ive only used it a hand full of times and kept it in mint condition. when i push in a letter it pushes in a different letter .e.g if i want k it pushes d?. is this an easy problem to fix or is it gonna cost me a lot of money?

Try this, in one of the submenus there is a screen calibration option. Use this and just keep following the squares around till it is finished, but before you do that , get a good screen cleaner and clean the screen since dust, dirt, and the oils from your hands all interfere with a clean touch. This has happened to me and it does work except for one unit which finally involved getting a new one since i could not get the software for a reinstall.
