Screen shows black at top and bottom from flip video hd
I had a flip video ultra that transferred perfect full screen video that I would edit using Sony Vegas Pro 8. I bought a Flip Video Mino HD, and when I try to use the same program to edit my videos, the Mino won't show a full screen, instead it looks like a widescreen format with black bars at the top and bottom of the screen. Also, when I transfer them using the flip video software, it is in MP4, not AVI which the ultra uses. The MP4 playback is not seemless, instead it is spotty, or bitmapped. I used a MP4 to AVI converter to fix, but it still shows the black bars at the top and bottom. How can I use the Mino HD footage with the Ultra footage on the same project?

I think you can use doremisoft flip converter that can crop your black bars and other addition editing functions, such as cut clips, join videos, add special effect and so on.
