To reset the control: 1) Unplug the blanket from the wall outlet. 2) Check that the control is well connected to the module. (Disconnect and re-connect it). 3) Plug the power cord into the wall outlet. 4) Set the control to "on". Try 1-4 three times. If the blanket still does not operate, disconnect the power cord and contact Sunbeam Customer Care at 1-(800) 892-7684.
