My seatbelt harness strap does not want to move when you open the door (would it be a motor or fuse out that might cause that problem?). When you sit down and close the door, it is supposed to electronically move over. The passenger side still moves, but the drivers side doesn't. I would appreciate any suggestions before I have to take it in.
