Sorry, but your clutch plates to 2 and 3 gear inside of the trans are worn out. The only way to solve that problem is to rebuild the trans or replace it. A positive test would be to drain the fluid and look for excessive metal shavings and clutch material in the bottom of the pan. If you don't have any trash in the pan, you have a shift solenoid problem, but not likely.
