Seems to be a short between heating element and boiler? This trips GFCI, while disconnecting the heating element allows for pump operation, and etc... thermostats? red reset didn't do it!
This requires either a factory-authorized repair or an electrician's inspection of your GFI. I am assuming that you aren't connecting other appliances to the same circuit at that outlet or elsewhere on the same circuit that are overloading the power, that you aren't using a surge protector, extension cord, switched outlet or dimmer switch. If any of the above are in play, try eliminating them to see if that doesn't clear the problem. If the problem continues, try something that draws a similar load on the same outlet to see if it triggers the same problem. This will tell you if the electrical problem lies in the machine vs. the outlet. If you determine the problem to be with the machine, report it to the manufacturer. This is the kind of problem that may trigger a recall if enough reports of the same turn up. Another option is to type the product name and the word "recall" into a search engine and see if one hasn't already been issued. Good luck!
