No, I don't and I don't think Seiki does either. The two I purchased last night didn't have books, batteries for the remotes or screws for the bases. I have called support twice today and received two answers. I sent an email and a tweet. If I don't get an answer, I am taking them back.

I'm sorry, it's been a year and I haven't followed with an update. After I posted, I finally got hold of Seiki support. They sent me the parts I needed for one TV and I took the other back to Sears and exchanged it. Before I took the exchange TV home, I looked in the box and there were screws, batteries and a manual. The manual I received from Seiki in the mail was for model number SE391TS (not SC391TS). The one I got in my exchange was correct. I will scan this if I can find it and post it here. Just proves my speculation that Seiki only printed these manuals, and lost their electronic version somewhere in the ether.I'm sorry, it's been a year and I haven't followed with an update.
