SEIKI SE50FY28 !! Tv powers on to a blue light but has no picture !!
I saw to bulging caps !! I replaced them both still have no picture' just powers on to color blue !! I tried the menu nothing !!!

Hello,
I would try the TV inputs. Tv/Video or the Source button on your tv remote. Select each input to see if picture comes on. If you have checked all cables and Inputs, I would check the wire from the TV to the cable box.
