Self-cleaned the oven now it doesn't heat
We ran the self-clean (3hr) on the oven. My wife preheated the oven for dinner later that evening and it never heated up. We turned the breaker on and off...didn't work. We called Electrolux and they said that most likely the internal clock isn't communicating to the face panel due to extreme heat (which makes me think they should figure this one out before they put another one on the market). We hope you have a better answer for us, because our next step is a repair call (Electrolux figured 100's of $$$$).

We had the same problem earlier this week. My husband was able to get Electrolux to cover the service call. He just kept asking for the supervisor when he call their customer service rep. It apparently is an issue ... the serviceman came out today, but we have to wait another week for him to come back with the parts (something for the electronic panel that apparently will correct the issue for future cleaning cycles).
So - insist that they pay for the service call!
